Wellness, in plain English
There's a quieter side to feeling well.
Steady energy. Better sleep. A metabolism that does what you ask it to. Most clients walk in not because something is wrong, exactly, but because something feels stuck. They've read articles, taken half-finished supplements, asked a friend, asked their phone, and ended up with a stack of fragmented advice and no plan.
Our wellness programs are built for those clients. You sit down with Sarah Walker, FNP-C. She reviews your history, your current routine, and what you're actually hoping to feel different. Then she builds a plan that fits you, not a marketing template.
That plan might be a focused vitamin and nutrient protocol. It might be a longer program around energy or weight management. It might just be a conversation that points you in the right direction. We do this from our North Raleigh studio on Falls of Neuse Road, and we serve clients across North Raleigh, Wake Forest, and the Triangle.
What's included
Programs that fit what you actually need.
Every wellness program starts with a one-on-one consultation. From there, we put together what makes sense for you. Components may include any combination of:
- Provider-led wellness consultation with Sarah Walker, FNP-C
- Vitamin and nutrient support
- Medical-grade supplement protocols
- Personalized energy and metabolic support programs
- Weight management programs with ongoing provider oversight
- Regular check-ins to refine and adjust as you go
How it works
1. Consultation
Plan on 30 to 45 minutes with Sarah. She goes through your medical history, current medications, lifestyle, and what you're hoping to address. You'll leave knowing what we'd recommend and what it would cost.
2. Personalized protocol
Sarah builds your program. It might be a vitamin and supplement plan. It might be something more involved around metabolism, energy, or weight goals. The point is the plan fits you. No two programs at Oak City look the same.
3. Get started
You start the protocol. Most programs include any in-office components, the supplements or products you'll need, and clear instructions for what happens at home. Nothing gets handed off without context.
4. Ongoing check-ins
Most clients check in every four to six weeks. Sarah adjusts as you go, addresses anything that's coming up, and stays in the loop on how you're feeling. This is a real partnership, not a shipped box and a goodbye.

Book a ConsultationFrequently Asked Questions
What's included in a wellness consultation?
Plan on 30 to 45 minutes with Sarah. We go through medical history, current medications, what you're hoping to address, and any lifestyle factors that matter. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of what we'd recommend and what it would cost.
Do I have to commit to a long-term program?
Not at all. Some clients come in for a short, focused vitamin and supplement plan. Others want ongoing support for energy, metabolism, or weight goals. The plan fits what you actually need, and it can change as you do.
Are wellness programs covered by insurance?
Wellness programs at Oak City are self-pay. We can walk through pricing and payment options during your consultation. Cherry financing is available for qualified clients.
Can I combine a wellness program with my regular treatments?
Yes. Plenty of clients book wellness alongside their regular Botox, filler, or facial visits. It's part of why we built the membership program: easier scheduling, better pricing, all in one place.
What kind of supplements do you use?
Medical-grade brands that Sarah trusts and uses with patients. We don't sell anything we don't believe in, and we don't push products you don't actually need.
