Worth saying plainly, because people ask: Oak City is an old nickname for Raleigh, the City of Oaks. That's where the name comes from, and that's where we are. One location, north side of Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina.

Sarah Walker, FNP-C
Founder & Nurse Practitioner
Sarah is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She studied Exercise & Sport Science at UNC Chapel Hill, then completed her BSN and MSN at UNC Wilmington, with clinical experience in cardiology, primary care, hospital administration, and procedure labs before opening Oak City in 2022.
She handles the tox injections, dermal fillers, biostimulators, wellness programs, and RF microneedling on the Candela Matrix Pro.
Amy
Licensed Aesthetician
Amy has 18 years in spa and medical aesthetics. She's the one people come back to when they want someone who remembers how their skin behaved last time, and she'll tell you straight if a treatment you asked about isn't the right call this month.
She handles facials, the SkinWave HydraFacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, IPL photofacial, and traditional microneedling.
Laser hair removal is performed by either Sarah or Amy. More on both of them on our about page.
What We Offer on Falls of Neuse
Prices are per session unless noted. Packages exist for most of these, and nobody will push one on you mid-treatment.

Serving North Raleigh and the Triangle
Most of our clients live in North Raleigh, which makes sense given where we are. Falls of Neuse Road runs north toward Wake Forest and south toward the beltline, so people come at us from both directions without much trouble. We also see clients from Cary and the wider Triangle who are willing to make the drive for a practice that isn't a chain.
We only have one location. If you're searching for a med spa near you and you're anywhere in north Wake County, this is the one. If you're further out, it's worth checking the drive before you book, since a monthly facial is only relaxing if getting to it isn't a chore.
New to us? The most common first appointments are a HydraFacial with Amy or a consultation with Sarah about injectables. Neither commits you to anything beyond that visit.

Yes. Clients drive in from Wake Forest, Cary, and across the Triangle. Falls of Neuse Road runs straight down from Wake Forest, which makes the trip simpler than the distance suggests.
